Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ahegao.red and any associated applications, services, or content (collectively, the “Services”) provided by the operator of ahegao.red (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for adults. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You further represent and warrant that your use of the Services complies with all laws applicable to you, including those regarding adult content.

2. The Services

We provide professionally built ComfyUI workflows for AI-based image and video generation (each, a “Pack”), delivered as private Docker images through our container registry, together with setup documentation and license keys.

The Services do not include hosting of generation infrastructure. All generation runs on hardware controlled by you (locally or rented from a third-party provider such as RunPod).

3. Account registration

Purchasing and using a Pack requires an account. Accounts are created by signing in through Civitai’s OAuth service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized account use.

4. Payment; delivery

Payments are processed exclusively by our authorized third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your payment card details. Prices are stated at checkout and are one-time purchases; there are no recurring fees.

After a successful purchase, your license key is delivered instantly through the Services. Delivery is deemed complete once the license key has been made available to you.

5. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to run the workflows included in the Packs you purchased, on hardware you control, for personal or commercial content creation.

6. License restrictions

You may not share, publish, resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the workflows, license keys, model configurations, or any substantial part of them, whether free of charge or for compensation.

Each license key is personal to your account and is validated when you pull updates from our registry. Sharing or reselling a key voids the license without refund.

You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license-validation, technical protection, or access-control measure included in the Services.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services, or allow any third party to use them:

  • to create content depicting minors, whether real or synthetic;
  • to create non-consensual intimate imagery of real, identifiable people;
  • to infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
  • to violate any law or regulation applicable to you, including those governing adult content;
  • to interfere with, probe, or overload the Services or our infrastructure, or to reverse engineer any component of the workflows beyond what applicable law permits.

8. Your content

You retain whatever rights you may have in content generated with the workflows. Because generation runs locally, we do not host, view, or store your prompts or outputs and cannot moderate them. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

9. Our intellectual property

The workflows, their underlying pipeline designs, the Services, and all related branding are and will remain our exclusive property (or that of our licensors). Except for the limited license expressly granted above, no right or interest is transferred to you.

10. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties: our payment processor, Civitai (authentication), PostHog (product analytics), Render (hosting), and third-party GPU providers you may choose. Your use of those services is additionally governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Updates and availability

Improvements to the workflow(s) included in a Pack you own are made available under your license at no additional charge. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services, but will honor active licenses as described in these Terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services or the registry.

12. Term; termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services. Your license is perpetual as set out in Section 5, unless terminated because of a breach.

We may suspend or terminate your account and license if you materially breach these Terms, including sharing or reselling license keys or violating Section 7, without prejudice to any other remedy.

Sections 5 (as limited herein), 8-9, and 13-15 survive any termination.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES AND WORKFLOWS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT PACK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of ahegao.red from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your generated content and its publication.

16. Governing law; disputes

Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at support@ahegao.red so we can attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in a conspicuous manner. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
